Frequently Asked Questionss

How do I participate?
You must be invited to participate in each city by the third party manger. If you have not been invited to participate please contact your third party manager. Contact information is listed below.

How do I become a speaker at a Tech Day?
If you are interested in submitting a presentation abstract for consideration, please send it to Jacqui Swift for DSP (jacqui@ti.com), Paul Nossaman for Analog (nossaman@ti.com), or Randi Williams for MCU (rwilliams@ti.com). The local field offices select the technical content for each Tech Day based on the specific needs of their market.

Is internet or audio/visual provided?
No, if you need to order a/v or internet you can contact the hotel directly. Contact information is listed in the exhibitor manual for each city.

Can I bring a backdrop?
Yes, backdrops can not be larger then 6 ft. wide. The area provided for you is small and we suggest you bring self contained banner stands.

What if I need more then 6ft wide?
Only distributors receive two 6ft tables. If you are a third party and want more space you will have to purchase two booths at $500 apiece. This means you will need to register twice.

What does a booth typically look like?

Why would I be removed as an exhibitor?
You must be invited to participate in each Tech Day. The local TI sales team has final selection on all exhibitors.
