The Ethics Office

Texas Instruments also has a full-fledged ethics office whose role is to articulate TI ethics and values and guide resolution of ethical issues, besides providing guidance to managers and employees on ethics-related questions and concerns.All of the above -our clearly defined values, our decision-making model and the support of our ethics office to guide managers combine to help TII'ers accord the highest priority to conducting TI India's business fairly, ethically, and of course, successfully!
