Culture
Our friendly and informal work environment brings out the natural best in people. Respect for individual's opinions and thoughts can be seen throughout TI India. A lot of this stems from the fact that we are made up of diverse cultures and people from different regions of India. We have a warm and sensitive work culture, which makes our employees feel cared for.

Fun at Work
No formal dress code here, TII'ers are known to dress informally most of the time and formally when necessary!TII'ers enjoy frequent get-togethers, whether its at the office or out with families.
Our newsletter 'TINAMITE' is published every quarter and is the voice of TI India. TINAMITE is an active forum for employees to share their technical knowledge, interesting experiences, take part in contests and also get to know about their colleagues featured in each issue.
Bangalore is one of India's best-loved cities. It's cosmopolitan, it's green, it has great getaway spots for picnics and outings, pubs and weather that other cities just cannot match. TI India organizes vacation fairs as well as the ever-popular bi-annual car-fair, where you even get a chance to buy your dream car at great prices with cool accessories thrown in for free!
