The PMP10352 reference design is a flyback converter with a 10-14Vdc input and 48V/360mA output. This design is well suited to provide power for Type 1 (15W) Power over Ethernet (PoE) Power Source Equipment (PSE) switches. It can also be used for any application operating from a 12V bus that needs an isolated 48V output.
