Der PCB-Wärmerechner hilft Ihnen bei der Schätzung der Sperrschichttemperaturen von Komponenten, die Gehäuse mit freiliegenden Pads verwenden. Dadurch wird eine schnelle Schätzung der erwarteten Sperrschichttemperatur basierend auf dem Kupferverbreitungsbereich auf der Leiterplatte erstellt.
