I clicked on the link to "Review full PCN details" from my PCN email and I only see a blank page. What happened?

To access the product change notification dashboard to view details, download supporting documentation, and request more information, you must be a member of a company account.

To join a myTI company account, you must first have your own myTI account using your company email address rather than a free domain or university email. Register a new myTI company account here.

If your company already has a company account registered, you will be able to request access to join the account. The administrator of the company account will need to approve your request before you can gain access. Company account FAQs can be found at this link for your reference.
