Why can't I order PCN samples?

If you cannot place a sample order, check the reason in the dashboard. Each material has a status explaining why samples are not available.

Possible reasons:

• Sample window has closed: Please follow the steps listed in Question 12 for a late sample request.
• PCN is not eligible for samples: Certain types of PCNs do not include changes to a material and therefore do not have change-related samples.
• Your company's sample limit has been reached: To accommodate as many customer requests as possible, TI implements quantity limits for each affected part number across all requests within a company.

The dashboard will display the specific reason for each device. If you need clarification, submit a feedback request through the Request Info function.
