WHr charge termination and accumulated charge measurement module for rarely discharged applications

The bq34110 integrates a WHr Charge Termination, which optimizes the charging voltage for a battery in order to maximize its usable life in a backup application.  The Accumulated Charge Measurement module provides user-controlled coulomb counting with a host interrupt based on a programmable charge threshold.
