System Short Protection (VSYS_SHORT)

When VSYS drops below VSYS_SHORT (2.2V typical), the charger limits the converter output current to less than 1 A. An /INT pulse is asserted to alert the host if VSYS_SHORT_MASK is low and the VSYS_SHORT_STAT and VSYS_SHORT_FLAG registers report the fault.
