7.3.4.7 Over Voltage Protection

In the case of supply voltages between VM_SC and VM_LD the output MOSFETs are still operational and follow the input pins or the EN bits.

In addition to the output clamp for inductive loads as described in Section 7.3.3.2, there is a clamp mechanism available for over voltage protection for the logic and all channels, monitoring the voltage between VM and GND pins (VM_AZ).
