6.3.4.11 VDRAIN Overvoltage Fault (VDRAIN_OV)

If at any time the power supply voltage on the VDRAIN pin exceeds the VDRFAIN_OV threshold for longer than the tVDRAIN_OV_DG time, the DRV8334 detects a VDRAIN overvoltage event. After detecting the overvoltage condition, the gate driver is disabled, charge pump is disabled, and nFAULT pin is driven low. After the VDRAIN_OV condition is cleared, the fault state remains latched and can be cleared through an SPI command. The VDRAIN_OV threshold can be adjusted based on expected supply range using the VDRAIN_OV_LVL register field.
