Input Voltage

The SOURCE pin is used to power the internal circuitry of the LM74501-Q1, typically drawing 80 µA when enabled and 1 µA when disabled. If the SOURCE pin voltage is greater than the POR rising threshold, the LM74501-Q1 operates in either shutdown mode or conduction mode in accordance with the EN pin voltage. The LM74501-Q1 can withstand input reverse voltage up to –18 V.
