Absolute Maximum Ratings

over operating free-air temperature range (unless otherwise noted) (1)
MIN MAX UNIT
VS Supply voltage(2) Single supply 44 V
Dual supply ±22
Input voltage Differential(3) ±30 V
Single-ended(4) ±22
Output short-circuit(5)  Continous
TJ Operating junction temperature –55 150 °C
Tstg Storage temperature –65 150 °C
Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. These are stress ratings only, which do not imply functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those indicated under Recommended Operating Conditions. Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability.
All voltage values, unless otherwise noted, are with respect to the midpoint between V+ and V−.
Differential voltages are at IN+ with respect to IN−.
The magnitude of the input voltage must never exceed the magnitude of the supply voltage or 15 V, whichever is less.
The output can be shorted to ground or to the negative power supply. Fast ramping shorts to the positive supply can cause permanent damage and eventual destruction.
