8.1 Application Information

The TPS48130-Q1 is a 100V low IQ smart high side driver with protection and diagnostics. With wide operating voltage range of 3.5V–95V and features such as low power mode with automatic load wakeup functionality, short circuit protection the device is suitable for 12V, 24V, and 48V power distribution system designs. The device can also withstand and protect the loads from negative supply voltages down to –65V.
