Thermal Shutdown

The device has a thermal shutdown function that disables the device if it gets too hot for correct operation. When the device cools down, it automatically restarts operation after a typical delay of td(RESTART) = 10 ms. The device starts with the soft-start feature (see Section 7.3.3) and keeps the previously read CFG pin setting.
