IDLE period detection issue with glitch in IDLELINE mode

Description

A glitch during the idle period can corrupt the receiver's idle detection, causing the Rx side to drop the subsequent address byte. Crucially, this failure mode is timing-dependent: only glitches inserted at a specific time relative to the idle period trigger the issue. Not every glitch within the idle period causes corruption.
