7.3.5.3.3.2 Multi-device Alignment

When using internal calibration, TSYS can be initially set to tune the alignment between multiple calibrated devices. To do this, perform a binary search of each of the coarse, medium, and fine delay settings for TSYS. For each test, calibration must be rerun on all chips and then the timing difference of the outputs must be measured to determine the next step.
