6.3.20 SYSMEM7: ECC Protection on SRAM

The RAM in MSPM0Lx22x-Q1 parts have ECC check bits associated with each 64 bits of data. When RAM contents are read, an ECC check is performed which can do single-error correction and double-error detection.
