The AFE11612-SEP is an integrated power-amplifier biasing solution that features twelve 12-bit precision Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs), a sixteen-input 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), and two pairs of remote temperature sensor inputs. The DAC outputs enable VGS control of up to twelve LDMOS PAs. GaN PAs can be supported with additional circuitry. The device also features robust PA monitoring and protection with programmable thresholds for the two remote temperature sensors and four of the ADC inputs.
