7.3.5.2 Ideal Diode BATFET Control

When the device transitions into battery-only mode, the BATFET turns on with ideal diode control (if EN_BATFET_IDEAL_DIODE = 1) to prevent reverse current flowing into the battery when the system is higher than the battery voltage. The BATFET gate is regulated with a higher voltage to reduce RDSON until the BATFET is in full conduction. At this point onwards, the BATFET VDS linearly increases with discharge current.
