12.10.4.2.2 HW Power-On Self-Test (POST)

HW Power-On Self-Test (POST) tests are hardware tests performed every time the device is powered up, and are executed by hardware prior to ROM code being run. Software can check the HW POST MISR status in CTRL_MMR_WKUP registers.
