13.3.2.2.8.1.2 ECCM Address Translation

When either authentication and/or ECCM is enabled, the address provided to the FSS in VBUSM region 0 and 1 will be translated. The translation will occur regardless of whether the incoming VBUSM address falls within the regions protected by MAC or ECCM. So for example if you enable ECCM, 4 bytes of every 32 bytes is reserved for ECC even if no ECCM regions are defined.
