PK Engine accepts commands in two formats – MCG command format and MAU command format. MCG commands are high level commands such as RSA, ECDSA and are described in High-Level (MCG) Commands. MAU commands are low level commands of big integers and are described in Low-Level (MAU) Commands. PK Engine uses AHB interface to receive commands from the issuer. Its functionality and suggested usage is described in Section 7.4.4.4.1.5.2 and Section 7.4.4.4.1.5.5.
