Check WAKEIN signal pattern.

Return Value

Returns true on gWAKEINMCU with receiving correct wake signal as shown in Figure 2-9 .

Returns false on gWAKEINMCU with wrong wake signal.

Description

This function checks the high-level and low-level voltage duration and returns a flag for CAN addressing function.
