How do I update my contact and shipping information?

  1. Log in to your myTI account.
  2. Click Personal information on the left-hand side of myTI dashboard.
  3. You can change your telephone number and shipping address on the Edit your personal information page. 
  4. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
