How do I increase my credit limit?

Only those in a Super administrator role can request a credit increase.

To increase your credit limit:

• Option 1
  • Go to your myTI dashboard.
  • Go to “TI line of credit” under “Ordering".
  • Click "Request credit increase link" in the utilization grey bar.

• Option 2
  • Go to your myTI dashboard.
  • Go to “Payment methods” under “Ordering”.
  • Click "Line of credit status and utilization".
  • Click "Request credit increase link" in the utilization grey bar.
