Products range from integrated FET drivers for low- to mid-current applications up to Smart Gate Drivers enabling multi-kW motor drive systems. In addition, our Brushless-DC portfolio offers integrated control drivers.

- Protection: Fully protected from Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO), Charge Pump Undervoltage (CPUV), MOSFET Overcurrent Protection (OCP), Gate Driver Fault (GDF), Thermal Warning and Shutdown (OTW/OTSD) with a Fault Condition Indicator (nFAULT).
