What type of VAT invoice will TI issue to customers?

Starting April 26, 2024, TI will fully implement a digitalized electronic VAT invoice. With this, a special VAT invoice will be issued in the form of a fully digitalized electronic format, and will no longer issue special VAT invoices in paper format.

TI provides a normal VAT invoice (fully digitalized electronic) and a special VAT invoice (fully digitalized electronic) option to customers on TI.com. Create or edit your e-invoice address by going to “Tax ID” in your myTI dashboard.

According to the related regulations for the Administration of Invoices of the People's Republic of China, a fully digitalized electronic VAT invoice has the same legal effect as a paper VAT invoice, and no unit or individual may refuse receipt of the invoice.
