The TPD1E1B04EVM contains six TPD1E1B04 devices. One TPD1E1B04 (D6) is configured with two SMA connectors (J1 and J2) for two-port analysis with a vector network analyzer. Five TPD1E1B04 devices (D1-D5) are configured with test points for striking ESD to the protection pins.
