Overview

Often incorporated in front radar applications, our long-range radar system dynamic configuration capability enables functions such as adaptive cruise control (ACC), automatic emergency braking (AEB), traffic jam assist and front collision warning (FCW). With our integrated circuits and reference designs, you can create high-performance radar systems with high angular resolution without compromising on size or cost.

Design requirements

Modern long-range radar designs often require:

  • Meets noise requirements for high performance object detection
  • Size of system
  • Diagnostics to meet customer system functional safety goals
