Robot communication module

Block diagram

Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs enable you to build robot communication modules which convert backplane to and from fieldbus with PHY with increased resilience to external machine interface (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) while allowing real-time communication.

Design requirements:

Robot communication module designs often require:

  • Scalable platforms for multi-protocol industrial Ethernet.
  • Enhanced protection against coupled noise in harsh environments.
  • Extensive Ethernet cable diagnostic capabilities.
