Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs help you create compact rack and server power supply units (PSUs) with 48-V of high-energy efficiency across a wide-load range aimed to meet 80+ titanium standards.

Design requirements

Rack and server PSU with 48-V output designs often require:

  • Higher efficiency (80+ titanium) across 20-80% load range with soft-switching, bridgeless PFC or GaN.
  • Compact size and high power density for data-center applications.
  • Digital solution with PMBus for scalability and connectivity.
