Description for the TCAN1044V-Q1

TheTCAN1044-Q1 is a high speed controller area network (CAN) transceiver that meets thephysical layer requirements of the ISO 11898-2:2016 high-speed CAN specification.

The TCAN1044-Q1 transceiver supports bothclassical CAN and CAN FD networks up to 8 megabits per second (Mbps). The TCAN1044-Q1includes internal logic level translation via the VIO terminal to allow forinterfacing the transceiver IOs directly to 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, or 5-V logic IOs. The transceiverhas a low-power standby mode which supports remote wake-up via the ISO 11898-2:2016 defined wake-uppattern (WUP). The TCAN1044-Q1 transceiver alsoincludes many protection and diagnostic features includingthermal-shutdown (TSD), TXD-dominant time-out (DTO), supply under-voltage detection, and bus faultprotection up to
±58 V.
