How do I request PCN samples?

Only Super Admin, Admin, and Buyer roles can request PCN samples. To request samples, follow these steps:

1. On the PCN dashboard, Click "View details & order samples" in the "Parts included" column.
2. On the Parts Included page, click "Request samples" in the "Order samples" column for the desired device.

Complete the multi-step Request Sample form:

1. Enter shipping contact information.
2. Select a saved checkout profile or enter a new shipping address.
3. Enter the quantity and confirm part details.
4. Submit the form.
