Overview

The ADS9817 evaluation module (EVM) performance demonstration kit (PDK) is a platform for evaluating the ADS9817, which is a eight-channel, 18-bit, 8-MSPS (per channel) successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an integrated analog front end (AFE) and ADC reference.

ADS9817EVM-PDK includes an interposer card that allows connection to standard field-programmable gate array (FPGA) development boards. Software that works with the TSWDC155EVM (sold separately) enables the user to communicate with the ADC over universal serial bus (USB), capture data and perform data analysis.
