The MSP-FET430U64F is a bundle containing the MSP-FET emulator and a standalone 64-pin ZIF socket target board to program and debug the MSP430 in-system via the JTAG interface or the Spy Bi-Wire (2-wire JTAG) protocol. The TS development board supports the MSP430FR6972 FRAM device in a 64-pin LQFP package (TI package code: PM).
