Description

This 50V @ 1A boost converter is designed to operate from a nominal 12V input voltage, but will work over the automotive range of 5V - 40V. This design is low cost and requires an area of only 50mm x 50mm.

  • Excellent efficiency (>95% with 1A load at 12Vin)
  • Low cost controller
  • Excellent load transient response (<1.5% change in Vout for 0 - 100% load step)
  • Small 50mm x 50mm area
