The PMP20481 reference design pairs digital TPS40425 controller with digital buck driver UCD7242 for a dual 10A point-of-load in a tiny 0.625"x1.075" solution size (15.9mmx27.3mm). UCD7242 fully integrates a dual 10A synchronous buck power driver into a small 6mmx6mm QFN package. The PMP20481 demonstrates a  high efficiency point-of-load with excellent thermal performance for high output applications.

  • 8V to 14V in, 7V/5A and 5V/5A out
  • Peak efficiency 96.1% at 7Vout, 300kHz
  • Excellent thermal performance: 25C temperature rise at 7V/5A and 5V/5A natural convection
  • Total solution size: 0.625" x 1.075" (15.9mm x 27.3mm)
  • PMBus enabled margining and sequencing
