Overview

This stepdown Synchronous DC-DC Solution  provides 5V output at 20 A from a 40V/42V input with maximum efficiency.

  • Low gate charge (Qg) NexFETs minimize power losses
  • Voltage mode control with voltage feed forward
  • Lossless low-side MOSFET sensing over-current protection and high-side MOSFET sensing short-circuit protection
