TIDA-00396

High Accuracy Window Voltage Monitor

TIDA-00396

Design files

Overview

This application provides a high accuracy overvoltage and undervoltage flag for a typical 24 V rail with a minimal component count. The high voltage VDD input can withstand up to 36 V, allowing for wide input voltage variations. The total current consumption is less than 20 uA.

Features

• High Accuracy Monitor for both Overvoltage and Undervoltage conditions
• Low Current Consumption (< 20 uA)
• Small size (SOT - 6 package)
• High Voltage Input (up to 36 V) and output (up to 25 V)
• Minimal component count
