Overview
The TPA6304-Q1 evaluation module showcases the industry's smallest 2.1-MHz 4-channel Analog Input Class-D Audio solution for Automotive Infotainment applications. TPA6304-Q1’s 2.1-MHz switching frequency allows customers to significantly reduce inductor size and cost and optimize total system cost. The device provides four channels at 27 W into 4 Ω at 10% THD+N and 45 W into 2 Ω at 10% THD+N from a 14.4-V power supply. TPA6304-Q1’s wide supply voltage capabilities, from 4.5-V to 18-V, makes it ideal for head unit and external amplifier systems while delivering top-of-the-line performance during start-stop low voltage transient events. TPA6304-Q1 integrates I2C diagnostics and protection to match and surpass the highest standards for automotive quality and reliability. TPA6304-Q1 EVM features: USB and Analog Input options and On-board USB-I2C controller for GUI driven EVM evaluation.
