Overview

The Texas Instruments TPS61158EVM-565 evaluation module (EVM) helps designers evaluate the operation and performance of the TPS61158, which are WLED drivers providing highly integrated solutions for single-cell Li-ion battery powered smartphone backlight. The EVM is designed to operate from an input voltage source ranging from 2.7V-5.5V, and provides a 30mA maximum output current for LED’s. For a single string, there can be 6 to 8 LED’s in series due to customer’s application.
