The ADC12DL3200 evaluation module (EVM) is used to evaluate the ADC12DL3200, which is a 12-bit, dual 3.2-GSPS or single 6.4-GSPS, RF-sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an LVDS interface. The EVM has single-ended AC-coupled analog inputs, onboard ADC clock generation, and power-conditioning circuitry. The ADC12DL3200EVM is designed to connect directly to the TSW14DL3200EVM.
Additional support is provided through the High-Speed Data Converter Pro Software (DATACONVERTERPRO-SW) analysis tool.
