The TPS7A1601EVM-046 evaluation module (EVM) is fully assembled and tested for evaluation of the TPS7A16, TPS7A16-Q1 and TPS7A16A-Q1 devices. The TPS7A1601EVM-046 EVM demonstrates the correct operation of the TPS7A16 devices, which is a 60-V, 100-mA, <6-μA IQ, low-noise, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator in an 8-pin MSOP PowerPAD™ integrated circuit package.

- CMOS logic-level-compatible enable and power-good pin
- User-programmable delay function
- Fixed current limit
- Thermal shutdown protection
- 3-mm by 5-mm 8-pin MSOP-PowerPAD™ integrated circuit package
- Operating range from –40°C to +125°C
