Overview

The LM5022EVM evaluation module (EVM) is a fixed frequency (500-kHz) non-synchronous boost converter providing fixed 40.0-V output at up to 500 mA from a 9-V to 16-V input. The EVM is designed to start up from a single supply, with no additional bias voltage required for start-up. The module uses the LM5022 non-synchronous current-mode control boost controller. LM5022EVM is designed to demonstrate the LM5022 in a typical system while providing a number of test points to evaluate the performance of the LM5022 in a given application. The EVM can be modified to other input or output voltages by changing some of the components.
