概覽
The ADS7863EVM uses a circuit board that will evaluate the ADS7861, ADS8361 and ADS7863 ADCs, 12-bit and 16-bit devices. The ADS7861 operates from 5 volts for AVdd & DVdd while the ADS8361 operates from 2.7V to 3.6V for AVdd & DVdd and the ADS7863 operates from 2.7V to 5.5V for AVdd and DVdd. The evaluation board has a 500 kSPS, 12-bit/16-bit serial output. The analog inputs can be configured single-ended or differential. The module has two added features: a built in reference and a high-speed serial interface.
