The TPS22958 device is a single channel low RON load switch with an operating voltage range of 0.6 V to 5.5 V. Both package versions DGK and DGN of the TPS22958 are available on the TPS22958EVM for evaluation. TPS22958DGK supports up to 4-A maximum continuous current. TPS22958DGN supports up to 6-A maximum continuous current.

- VBIAS voltage range: 2.5 V to 5.5 V
- Input current range: 0 A to 6 A
- Access to the VIN, VOUT, VBIAS and ON pins
- VIN and VOUT sense pins to measure the voltage drop from VIN to VOUT and calculate the resistance
- External capacitors for configurable rise time
