With over 40 cost-optimized device options, this series supports advanced real-time control in EV/HEV systems, industrial motor control, and digital power applications.

Key features include a 150MHz C28x DSP + CLA, an NPU AI accelerator, up to 1.1MB of flash and 133KB of RAM, five 12-bit ADCs at 3.9 MSPS, up to 24 PWM and 39 ADC channels, and support for FSI, CLB, security and safety.

The C2000™ MCU product portfolio includes TÜV SÜD-certified functional safety hardware and software development processes, designed to meet automotive and industrial functional safety requirements for C2000™ real-time microcontrollers. The device architecture supports functional safety, with comprehensive documentation to streamline customers' safety assessments at the system level, and a software library for implementing various safety mechanisms.

Our safety modules include the safety & security unit, lockstep comparator module, and dual-clock comparator, supporting ASIL-D/SIL-3 compliance. Our safety tooling includes the software diagnostic library with examples of safety mechanisms and AUTOSAR-MCAL drivers.
