The DLP® V-9001 SuperSpeed V-Module is based on the DLP9000X Chipset that provides both, the highest resolution and maximum data rate of all DLP Advanced Light Control products. The V-9001 controller boards come with completely configured high speed FPGA logic and USB3.0 controller firmware so that customers can launch their product development saving time and costs for a dedicated development. DLP® V-Modules of ViALUX are well suited for education, research and are used in all stages of the product live cycle, from proof of concept up to full scale series production The V-9001 DLP board footprint is designed for closest possible stacking of multiple DLP9000X as it is typically used in industrial exposure applications.

  • The ALP-4 FPGA driven DLPC910 controller of V-9001 offers unique flexibility for DLP9000X mirror control and the 480 MHz clock rate guarantees outstanding speed with maximum sustained data rates. This cutting-edge DLP subsystem enables new emerging applications and pushes existing products into a new performance class.

Software Specifications ALP-4 realizes the maximum sustained throughput for the high-resolution DLP9000X array: 12 987 patterns per second for global switching full arrays, i.e. 61Gbit/s data rates. Higher frequencies are achieved by area of interest operation. The API offers flexibility and advanced control options: free sequence timing, image scrolling, look-up table sequencing, and comprehensive trigger facility.
