3 概要

この8ピン集積回路には、IEEE 802.3afに準拠した高電力受電デバイス(PD)の開発に必要な機能がすべて搭載されています。TPS2376-Hは、TPS237Xファミリに比べて電流制限値が高く、放熱性能が強化されています。完全準拠PoEインターフェイスを実装していますが、より多くの電力を使用する非標準の実装にも対応します。100mのCAT-5ケーブルを介して最小52VのPSEで動作する場合には、26W PDを構築できます。TPS2376-Hは、定格100V、600mA対応、可変突入電流制限機能、自動リトライによるフォルト保護、真のオープンドレイン・パワーグッド機能を特長としています。
